The PPG is a group that works in partnership to improve services and communication between the medical staff at Bird In Eye, and the patients.

The PPG is a group of patients who have volunteered to be in the group, and it is chaired by Marion Love.

The group meets regularly with one of the doctors and Practice Manager at the surgery to discuss topical issues.

They provide feedback from patients and suggest how services might be improved to benefit all.
